Fukuyama on the New Era of International Relations
Francis Fukuyama of "End of History" fame throws his two cents in regarding the new appearance of international relations after the showcasing of the Chinese rise through the Olympics and the reassertion of Russian power.
He argues for a more subtle conceptual framework for viewing internationsl relations than is likely to be possible due to domestic politics, but this is a good read.
