And More on Russia in Cuba and Maybe Venezuela
I think they are blowing smoke and expressing their extreme displeasure at the missile defense agreement we have with the Czechs. But here is more on Russia deploying nuclear capable bombers in Cuba in a move that would be somewhat (though clearly different than) similiar to the Cuban Missile Crisis. There is also some talk of Hugo Chavez inviting the Russians in, though, I suspect neither will really happen.
