Brown Down, Cameron Up

British PM Gordon Brown is struggling and Tory Leader David Cameron is moving his way up in popularity.  Brown may be in trouble if he does not regain his footing.  What this means to us is unclear, however, I don't know that it would be a bad thing to see the Tory party revitalized.
