A New French Revolution

Thoughtful international affairs commentator Fareed Zakaria talks about the recent successes of new French President Nicolas Sarkozy.  It appears he is beginning to get public union sector in France in line with the new global economy.  He is not yet, but as Zakaria indicates, could soon be a transformational figure akin to Thatcher in England .  It seems this revolution will not require the use of a guillotine or the presence of a Robespierre.
