Iran and Central Asia
Perceptive piece that essentially states that Iran is performing a strong diplomatic dance with its neighbors in the Caspian sea basin and that such efforts will alleviate (though not inoculate) it from some of the most aggressive sanctions being imposed on it by the United States and European nations. It also helps keep its options open as it is not nearly as diplomatically isolated as the US and Europe want and need it to be to bring about an acceptable resolution to the nuclear issue.
