Rereading Vietnam

Robert Kaplan's articles for the Atlantic are always insightful pieces.  Given the constant references to Vietnam in the Iraq debate, it only makes sense to examine the pereceptions different groups had at the time it actually was taking place.  That is the point of this article that looks to some of the lessons learned by the military.  According to Kaplan, they are different than what what many other Americans took away from the conflict.
