Japan, India and the Asian Arc of Freedom
Japan is working with India in an effort to “contain” China as part of a relatively new initiative to open up an “Arc of Freedom” in Asia . This quote from the article says everything it needs to, “Abe made no reference to China on Wednesday when he called for the creation of an "arc of freedom and prosperity" bringing together Australia , India , Japan and the United States , but Beijing loomed large in the background.”
