Iran in SCO?

Not yet, but Ahmadinejad is pushing.  I suspect Russia and China will never do anything more than give Iran observer status.  They don’t really care for Iran , they just find it useful to keep them in play while America works on diplomacy with Iran on the nuclear issue, Iraq , and general Middle East issues.  Oh yeah, and the Russians like selling Iran nuclear reactors.
