Franklin County Board of Elections Would Like Bond Issue Moved

The Franklin County Board of Elections has suggested to Columbus Mayor, Michael Coleman that the city move its expected Novemer 2008 major bond ballot issue to another date.  The concern the complexity of the text required to explain the bond initiative will substantially increase voting time in the booth during what will probably be an already cluttered ballot (after all it will be a Presidential year).
