Surge Politics

The always persuasive Victor Davis Hanson on politics surrounding the surge.  Essentially, he says shifting political stances reflects different perceptions of what is taking place on the ground in Iraq and that no one, irrespective of party affiliation, wants to be on the “losing” side.
