Getting Think Tanks to Compete
Thoughtful piece that articlulates the scope of the challenges facing us as it comes to future Social Security and Medicare spending. It also has the provocative idea of creating a forum where major think tanks (from both sides) could compete with one another on finding solutions. Not sure if it would work out so well, but it is an idea. Politically unpopular choices are going to have to be made, we need to start talking with real candor.
